We have sent emails regarding your membership options but understand some details may be outdated. Please let us know from the options below what works best for you and contact us via email at Please help us keep on top of things by not cancelling your direct debit directly with your bank, we will sort everything out for you (Please note that direct debits will not automatically freeze due to some members wishing to continue their payments).

For those of you that continue to support us with your direct debit payments, we can’t thank you enough. As with any small independent business, we have fixed costs and your generosity and support helps make the difference until life returns to normal. Thank you.

Remember we are posting regular workouts for you and feel free to share amongst your friends and family. It’s so important to keep moving and healthy for the mind and body.

Finally, we want to see you all at The Fitness Mill as soon as possible so please keep up the social distancing and please stay at home.

Below are the options for all those who are paying Direct Debits:

  1. Continue to pay your Direct Debit in the normal way, so that your club can retain key staff and continue to invest in you. If you are happy with this option, no further action is required by you.

  2. Defer your DD for an initial 1 month period, if you choose this option we will respond with a separate email to confirm your next payment date. If the club continues to be closed after this 1 Month term we will contact you again before that payment is due to defer the payment for a further period of time.

  3. Continue to pay your DD on the due date, but pay 50% of the monthly amount to support your club.
