Achieving your goals within our facility is easily done with a wide range of training zones available. Our training zones include the following; Weights Room, Functional Room, Studio, Cardiovascular Room with resistance machines and a TRX / personal training area. 1 TO 1 PERSONAL
TRAINING

 

No goal too big, no goal too small. We have a wide and diverse selection of Personal Trainers, all with different expertise. All personal trainers are welcoming and fully qualified to make sure your time with us is nothing but enjoyable. We can also offer training programs and nutritional advise to help achieve your selected goals.

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Classes ranging from six to twenty participants we can host it all. With a wide range and variety of classes, we can push you to your goals within a group environment. A big benefit of attending classes is the motivation from instructors and fellow class participants. Become part of The Fitness Mill family and community.

COVID-19 RULES

- Everyone must swipe on entry for track and trace

 

- Sanitise your hands on entry

 

- No bags allowed on the gym floor

 

- Head count on door

 

- No booking needed

 

- One way system throughout the gym

 

- Separate entry and exit doors

 

- Traffic light system on entry. If red please wait on the stairs

 

- Wipe down all equipment once finished with

 

- Training on your own or a friend is allowed but no groups
