Start your week strong with this killer full body HIIT workout.
32 EMOM. Do every exercise for 45 seconds then use the 15 seconds as rest. This will start to burn after 10 minutes so do not go all out to start with. Pace yourself for the 32 minutes.

A little bit about me:
Thank you for reaching my person profile page! I joined the Fitness Mill team in late 2018 after graduating from the University of Plymouth. I studied sports strength and conditioning for three years and graduated with honours. Prior to university I studied at the local world renowned sports college Hartpury where I completed a two year fitness course.
What about now:
Currently I am working out of the Fitness Mill full time where I am personal training and applying sports specific and rehabilitation techniques to my large client base. When I am not with clients you can find me on reception or the gym floor where I train myself. My personal training consists of strength and functional fitness.
What can I offer you:
With my degree in sports strength and conditioning and my infield knowledge over the past years I can help you achieve any of your fitness or strength goals. However, I also work with people on rehabilitation and pre-habilitation to ensure they are strong in key areas to prevent injuries. My clients range from fitness enthusiastic teenagers to sixties year olds who want to put their health first.
