What membership options do you offer?

We offer three main plans:

  • Off Peak: Access Mon–Fri (9am–5pm) & weekends.

  • All Access: Full access from 4am–Midnight, 7 days a week.

  • Flexi 4-month: Full access from 5am–11pm, 7 days a week.

  • Family: Includes 2 adults & 1 child under 16.

    *Discounts are available for students, blue light workers, and corporate teams.

What age do I have to be to join?

The minimum age to join The Fitness Mill is 15 to train without adults. Family memberships 12+ years old but must be training with an adult.

What training zones are available?

Our gym includes 5 distinct training zones:

  • Cardio Zone

  • Resistance Machines

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • HYROX/Hybrid Training Zone

  • Exercise Class Studio

  • The Fitness Mill is open 4am–Midnight, 7 days a week.

    Staffed Hours:

    • Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am–7:30pm

    • Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am–7:00pm

    • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am–6:00pm

Do you have changing rooms and showers?

Yes, we offer modern changing rooms with showers, lockers, and space to get ready before or after your workout.

How can I see the class timetable?

You can view the full class timetable directly on our website, it’s easy to find and mobile-friendly. You can also check it through our booking app, where you can add classes to your personal calendar and reserve your spot in just a few taps.

Can I get personal training?

Yes, we have a range of qualified PTs. You can view them on our website.

How do I use the app for bookings?

Download our booking app to reserve classes, view your schedule, or connect with personal trainers. You'll need an active membership to access the app.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, friends can attend by purchasing a day pass. Members can train together during staffed or unstaffed hours.
