Hi! I'm Jade, a qualified Personal Trainer operating at Fitness Mill. I started my own journey of strength training in 2016 and started coaching classes there in 2022. I also gained a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and since then have been coaching classes and 1–2-1 clients, full time. Over those many years I have guided my clients in growing their self development by learning new skills, enabling them to feel pride in what they accomplish each week whilst focussing on achieving short and long term goals. The gym can sometimes be described as a ‘scary environment’ but I provide a safe, relaxed and friendly space to support your self confidence in achieving goals - by loving what your body can achieve beyond just a number on the scales! My aim is to work with clients to break down and through barriers, ultimately, to train their body because they love it, not because they hate it. Liz is an Integrative Movement Specialist, CHEK Practitioner, and Pilates & Yoga teacher. She is trained extensively in movement, corrective exercise, and integrative health. Blending the CHEK system with other evidence-informed modalities, she works with a wide range of clients through a functional approach—from those rehabbing complex injuries to professional athletes refining performance.

Laura is a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer through Future Fit, passionate about helping people of all fitness levels feel their best and “become their new them.” Laura offers 1-to-1 personal training and teaches TRX & other group fitness classes. Laura creates a supportive, motivating environment where everyone feels empowered to achieve their goals, whether that’s building confidence, improving fitness and strength, or making lasting lifestyle changes.
